1. Appointment Cancellation and Refund

Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled consultation will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours before the consultation will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the consultation or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Treatment Plans and Packages

Prepaid treatment plans or multi-session packages are non-refundable once the treatment has started. If unused, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the clinic, depending on the circumstances and number of sessions consumed.

In cases of unavoidable events (such as natural disasters, government orders, health emergencies, etc.), we will assess refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis and offer flexible solutions wherever possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days from confirmation.
• Homeopathic House is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
