- Full refund available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations within 12–24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of appointment or for no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
